<br />As field manager, John’s duties include overseeing
<br />multiple road, bridge, and sewer projects;
<br />assisting RPRs with project administration and
<br />field operations observed by inspectors; and
<br />recording work and material data. In addition,
<br />he manages project funding and change
<br />orders, reports project progress to owners, and
<br />troubleshoots construction and design issues.

<br />inspector for state, local, and public agencies on
