City of South Bend » Safe Routes to School » Construction Inspection <br />PROJECT APPROACH <br />Coal Line Trail at Vassar Avenue and Lawndale Avenue <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />It is our understanding that CE services are requested for <br />Safe Routes to School at Muessel Primary/Holy Cross School <br />(INDOT Des. No. 19004477). <br />We have completed a recent site visit of the proposed project <br />location. The Safe Routes to School project will include <br />replacement of deteriorated or failing sidewalks and ADA <br />ramps along pedestrian routes to Muessel Primary and <br />Holy Cross School.
