2City of South Bend » Safe Routes to School » Construction Inspection <br />IDENTIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS <br />DLZ Indiana, LLC <br />DLZ Indiana, LLC (DLZ) is a State certified minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) headquartered in South Bend, Indiana. <br />DLZ’s other Indiana offices are located in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Munster, and Burns Harbor. Our South Bend office is <br />approximately three (3) miles from the project site. We will support your <br />mission through our work on this project. <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />SERVICES <br />DLZ is a recognized leader in the construction inspection <br />field with one of the largest INDOT pre-qualified <br />construction inspection (13.1) teams in the State. Through <br />our work experience over the years with local governments <br />and INDOT, our DLZ team has developed excellent <br />relationships and a great understanding of the needs <br />of each type of organization and specifically INDOT-LPA <br />projects. The INDOT Area Engineers and Project Engineers <br />know and have worked directly with many of the DLZ team <br />members.
