PETITION FOR REZONING Counterpart No. We, the undersigned residents and voters of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby petition the Mayor of the City of South Bend, the South Bend Common Council, and the St. Joseph County Area Plan Commission to approve an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City for property located on the east side of Eddy Street, be- tween Jefferson Boulevard on the North and School Field on the South, in South Bend, Indiana, from "B" Residential "A" Height and Area to "A" Residential "A" Height and Area. We firmly believe that it is imperative to maintain the strong and stable residential neighbor- hood which has existed for years on the East side near the central area of the City of South Bend.
