Wayne St. at the corner of Eddy <br /> and Wayne St. is of great concern to our neighborhood. <br /> At the present time cars are parked on Wayne St. while clients are <br /> using the offices on the west side of Eddy St. If this property on <br /> the east side should become an office, I can easily see the street <br /> in front of our homes filling up with parkers. Also there are many <br /> small children in the first half block of Wayne St. and additional <br /> traffic could be hazardous. <br /> I am enclosing a copy of the petition signed by 197 South Bend residents <br /> who believed, when they signed the original petition earlier this year, <br /> that this house had been rezoned along with the other properties. <br /> I ask that you please support this ordinance and help keep this <br /> residential neighborhood in the state for which it was originally <br /> planned. <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> t <br /> (Mrs.) Richard S.
