The ordinance <br /> appropriates $16 ,000 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund <br /> as the City' s portion of cost associated with the county- <br /> wide centralized communications system study. <br /> As you are aware, the City has moved ahead with this <br /> proposed system at its own expense and has, in the past, <br /> offered the advantages of that system to both Mishawaka and <br /> St. Joseph County.
