ORDINANCE NO. 70 S-f3_ gr\ <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $16, 000 FROM THE <br /> FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY <br /> REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR <br /> THE CITY'S PORTION OF FUNDING A COUNTY-WIDE <br /> CENTRALIZED COMMUNICATIONS STUDY TO BE <br /> ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF <br /> ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are now needed to pay the City' s share of the cost of <br /> funding a county-wide centralized communications study. <br /> Funds are available within the General Revenue Sharing Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $16, 000 is hereby appropriated for <br /> the year 1985 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the <br /> General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by <br /> the Department of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as <br /> set forth below: <br /> 399. 0 Other Contractuals $16, 000. 00 <br /> SECTION II.
