OA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />Joseph A. Dzierla & Associates, Inc. proposes to provide the following Basic Services for <br />a complete Construction Documents Bid Package. <br />D. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />1. Based upon the Owner's approval of the Design Development Documents and <br />Guidelines developed by Jennifer L. and John R. Griffin dated February 28, 2013, <br />and on the Owner's authorization of any adjustments in the project <br />requirements, prepare construction documents for the Owner's approval and <br />prepare bidding and procurement information for subsequent prospective <br />contractors. <br />2. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further <br />development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist <br />of drawings setting forth, in detail, the quality levels of materials and systems <br />and other requirements for the construction of the work. Services include: <br />• Architectural Design Implementation. <br />• Structural Design Coordination /Documentation. <br />• Mechanical Design Coordination /Documentation. <br />• Electrical Design Coordination /Documentation <br />• Footcandle /Illumination Study <br />• Civil Design /Coordination (including Erosion Control Plan). <br />• Landscape Design /Build Coordination. <br />• Specifications noted on drawings. <br />• Professional seal and file Construction Design Release forms with the <br />State of Indiana. <br />• Provide Energy Compliance Code Review for project as required by <br />the State of Indiana. <br />• Statement of Probable Construction Cost* <br />*Joseph A. Dzierla & Associates, Inc. assumes no liability for budget overages, as the <br />Design Development Package was not designed to any stipulated dollar amount.* <br />
