9A THE PROJECT <br />1. The proposed project has been programmed as approximately 10,800 sq.ft. of <br />exterior plaza, including masonry walls, piers, paving, feature wall /fountain area, <br />landscaping, furniture, and other stipulated amenities. <br />SERVICES BY OWNER <br />1. Design Development Package and Guidelines as developed by Jennifer L. and <br />John R. Griffin dated February 28, 2013. <br />2. The provision of a boundary survey, location of property setbacks and site <br />utilities and any other site amenities which may affect the design of the Project. <br />3. It is the intent a General Contractor will coordinate actual construction activity. <br />Joseph A. Dzierla & Associates, Inc. will provide construction administration for <br />the Owner. <br />4. Services involved with Phase I Environmental Risk Assessment, DNR, INDOT, and <br />the Army Corps of Engineers. <br />5. Any variance or zoning involvement that may be encountered <br />6. Reimbursable expenses. <br />7. Any State or local filing fees. <br />
