"And" indicates that all the connected items, conditions, provisions or events shall <br />apply. <br />"Or" indicates that the connected items, conditions, provisions or events may <br />apply singly or in any combination. <br />"Either ... or" indicates that all the connected items, conditions, provisions or <br />events shall apply singly but not in combination. <br />The following terms as used in this Section 21-19.5 shall be defined as forth below. All <br />other terms shall have the meaning set forth in Section 21-1 -Definitions of this <br />Ordinance. <br />(1) ~ Bufferyard: See Residential Bufferyard. <br />(2) Cutoff: A luminaire where light distribution does not exceed: (a) 2.5 percent <br />above an angle of 90 degrees; and, (b) 10 percent at an angle between 80 degrees <br />and 90 degrees. <br />(3) Cutoff, Full: A luminaire equipped with a light fixture (i.e., lamp, lens, reflective <br />surface, etc.) that does not protrude below the bottom edge of the light fixture and <br />is designed so that: (a) no light is emitted above an angle of 90 degrees; and, (b) <br />light distribution does not exceed 10 percent at an angle between 80 degrees and <br />90 degrees. <br />(4) Cutoff, Non: A luminaire where light distribution is unrestricted. <br />(5) Cutoff, Semi: A luminaire where light distribution does not exceed: (a) 5.0 <br />percent above an angle of 90 degrees; and, (b) 20 percent at an angle between 80 <br />degrees and 90 degrees. <br />(6) Drive, Interior Access: Away for internal vehicular movement in and around an <br />individual lot or integrated center. <br />(7) Drive-Through Facility: A feature of an establishment which typically includes <br />an opening in the exterior of the building, or the use of pneumatic dispatch or <br />similar devices, which encourage or permit customers to receive goods or services <br />while remaining in or on a motor vehicle. <br />(8) Driveway, Interior Access: A way for vehicular egress/ingress between the <br />minimum required setback lines of separate lots or between lots within the <br />boundaries of an integrated center. <br />(9) Foundation Landscaping: Landscaping installed along or in relation to the <br />perimeter foundation of a building or structure. <br />42 <br />
