All such plans shall be fully dimensioned and contain all necessary <br />information and calculations, either in plan form or tabular form, which are reasonably <br />required to determine compliance with the regulations of this Ordinance. <br />Definitions. <br />The language of this Section 21-19.5 shall be interpreted in accordance with the <br />following regulations: <br />The word "person" includes a firm, association, organization, partnership, trust, <br />limited liability company, corporation, or other legal entity, as well as an <br />individual; <br />The present tense includes the future tense, the singular number includes the <br />plural, and the plural number includes the singular, in each case, if the context so <br />requires; <br />The word "shall" is mandatory, the word "may" is permissive; <br />The words "used" or "occupied" include the words "intended", "designed", <br />"constructed", "altered", or "arranged" to be used or occupied; <br />The word "lot" includes the words "plot", "tract", or "parcel"; and <br />Where a regulation involves two or more items, conditions, provisions or events <br />connected by the conjunction "and", "or", or "either ... or", the conjunction shall <br />be interpreted as follows: <br />41 <br />
