iii. Maximum Sign Surface Area of Freestanding Signs for an <br />Integrated Center. <br />a. Maximum sign surface area shall apply individually to each <br />street or limited access highway which abuts the integrated <br />center. <br />b. The maximum sign surface area shall not exceed: <br />1. sixty-four (64) square feet for integrated centers <br />which abut a street or limited access highway for <br />less than three-hundred (300) feet; <br />2. one-hundred and forty (140) square feet for <br />integrated centers which abut a street or limited <br />access highway for between three-hundred (300) <br />and five-hundred (500) feet; <br />3. two-hundred (200) square feet, which maybe all in <br />one (1) freestanding sign or divided between two <br />(2) freestanding signs, for integrated centers which <br />abut a street or limited access highway for between <br />five-hundred (500) and one-thousand (1000) feet or, <br />4. four-hundred (400) squaze feet, which maybe all in <br />one (1) freestanding sign or divided between two <br />(2) freestanding signs, for integrated centers which <br />abut a street or limited access highway for over one- <br />thousand (1000) feet, provided that the maximum <br />sign surface azea for any individual freestanding <br />sign shall not exceed three-hundred (300) squaze <br />feet. <br />iv. Minimum Front, Side and Rear Setback for Freestanding <br />Identification Signs. <br />a. Front Setback -The minimum front yard or front <br />residential bufferyazd shall be five (5) feet from proposed <br />right-of--way. <br />b. Side and Reaz Setback -The minimum side yard, reaz yard, <br />side residential bufferyazd or rear residential bufferyazd <br />setback for a freestanding identification sign shall be the <br />same as required for any building or structure. <br />29 <br />
