CITY OF SOUTH BEND OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br /> the MLK Center's objectives and finances are still an ongoing priority for the city and the Council. <br /> Mr. Willis acknowledged Mr. Lee's request and emphasized his statement in his public remarks. <br /> Council President Sharon McBride proceeded with her questions about the$900,000 ARP <br /> funds that have not been allocated. There was discussion among the members of the council about <br /> the $900,000 surplus and whether there was a chance that the council might obtain those funds or <br /> more to devote to residential neighborhoods for curbs and sidewalks. Council member White asked <br /> if all the $32 million ARP dollars have been allocated and are there any dollars not accounted for. <br /> Mr. Willis indicated that although some of the monies have been distributed and almost all the <br /> dollars are allocated. He will provide a breakdown of where all the dollars are being allocated or <br /> encumbered. Mr. Warner then invited council members and/or the public to ask any other <br /> questions.
