CENT „„ RY <br /> September 2, 1986 <br /> TO MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL ' ' <br /> RE: MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENTS: <br /> REQUEST FOR ORDINANCE <br /> It is requested that you consider and give favorable approval to the ordinance <br /> appropriating $13,000.00 from the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Account. <br /> The Broadway Theater League has donated an amount of $7,500.00 to the <br /> improvement account to assist us in installing a new floor deck for the stage <br /> area. In addition, the orchestra pit cover will be redone as well as the <br /> completion of the projection booth installation so we can offer a family film <br /> series at the Morris. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Brian R.
