The only exception is if they <br /> are making a delivery on a street which is not a <br /> truck route. Then, after the delivery, they must <br /> proceed the shortest and most direct way to the <br /> nearest truck route. <br /> When a commercial vehicle is sighted in violation <br /> of these regulations the vehicle shall be fined <br /> not less than $50. 00 for the first offense; not <br /> less than $100. 00 for the second offense; and not <br /> less than $250. 00 for the third or subsequent offense, <br /> with a citation being issued for each violation. <br />
