substantially identical to this Resolution to effectuate the transfer <br />of the Real Estate from the Airport Authority to the Redevelopment <br />Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration paid to the Airport Authority by <br />the Redevelopment Authority, the transfer from the Airport Authority to <br />the Redevelopment Authority of the following described property, <br />situated in St. Joseph County: <br />A parcel of land 80 feet in width, located in the <br />Southeast: Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20, the South <br />Half (S 1/2) of Section 21, and the North Half (N <br />1/2) of Section 28, Township 38 North, Range 2 <br />East, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />the boundaries'of which lie 40 feet on each side of <br />a centerline and centerline extended, said <br />centerline described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 20; thence North <br />00°19'.53" West, .along the West line of said Quarter <br />. Section, 2135.00 feet; thence North 89x40'0.7" East <br />78.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning of this <br />description; thence North 89°40'07" East 1185.91 <br />feet to a point of curvature of a tangent curve to <br />the Right having a radius of 1600.00 feet and a <br />central angle of 28000'06"; thence southerly and <br />easterly along said curve 781.96 feet to the West <br />line of the .property described in Deed Record <br />7818352, Recorded the 25th day of August, 1978, of <br />the Records of St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Containing 3.85 acres, more or less, <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Real Property") shall be, and hereby <br />is, approved and accepted. <br />2.
