3.8 ACCESSIBILITY <br />A. Arrange all work for maximum accessibility for operation, maintenance and repair. Also <br />install clear of windows, doors and other openings. Maintain maximum headroom. <br />3.9 PROTECTION <br />A. Contractor shall be responsible for work and equipment until finally inspected, tested, <br />approved and turned over to Owner. After delivery, and before and after installation, <br />protect work against theft, injury or damage. Carefully store material and equipment <br />received on site which are not immediately installed. Close open ends of work with <br />temporary covers or plugs during construction to prevent entry of foreign material. Any <br />extra cost caused by loss or damage to equipment or systems shall be borne by the <br />Contractor. <br />END OF SECTION <br />15050 - 4
