Provide a complete schedule of values, outlining the costs of various portions of the <br />work. Schedule of values shall be completed on AIA Document G703. This document <br />shall be used as an application and certificate for payment. With prior approval, the <br />Contractor may submit Schedule of Values on an alternative form. <br /> <br />1.2 CONTENT <br /> <br />A. Classification of items shall generally follow the major components, in the order outlined, <br />in the Table of Contents of the Specifications. For each item, provide a separate material <br />and labor cost. Each listed item shall include a proportional amount of subcontractor and <br />prime contractor overhead and profit. <br /> <br />B. The sum of the above values shall equal the total contract amount. These amounts will <br />be updated as the work is completed with each application for payment. <br /> <br />1.3 SUBMITTAL <br /> <br />A. Submit the Schedule of Values within seven (7) days after the contract for the work is <br />awarded. The Contractor shall make any changes requested by the Engineer or Owner <br />within five (5) days after receiving comments. <br /> <br />B. Applications for payment shall be submitted in accordance with General Conditions. <br /> <br />C. If the Engineer or Owner requires, provide substantiating data justifying line item <br />amounts in the Schedule of Values. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION 01370 <br />
