determination that the employee engaged in prohibited alcohol conduct including, <br />but not limited to, a worker's compensation, unemployment compensation, or <br />other proceeding relating to a benefit sought by the employee. <br />8. Trisco Systems, Inc. shall release information regarding a covered employee's <br />records as directed by the specific, written consent of the employee authorizing <br />release of the information to an identified person. Release of such information by <br />the person receiving the information is permitted only in accordance with the <br />terms of the employee's consent. <br />Employee Training <br />Scope of Program <br />Trisco Systems, Inc. will provide education and training on alcohol misuse to all employees. <br />The education shall include: <br />1. Informational material displayed on bulletin boards, employee break rooms, <br />locker rooms, etc., and distributed to employees. <br />2. A community service hotline telephone number for employee assistance displayed <br />on bulletin boards and distributed to employees; and <br />3. Distribution of Trisco Systems, Inc.'s policy regarding the alcohol misuse to all <br />employees. The policy shall be displayed in prominent places throughout the <br />Trisco Systems, Inc. administration (e.g., employee bulletin boards, break rooms, <br />locker rooms). <br />Supervisor Training <br />Supervisory personnel responsible for those employees covered under Part 382 will receive <br />training under the alcohol misuse prevention plan. The training shall include an initial 4-hour <br />period of training and a 1-hour yearly refresher on the specific, contemporaneous physical, <br />behavioral, speech, and performance indicators of probable drug or alcohol misuse. This training <br />shall be for supervisors who may determine whether an employee must be alcohol tested for <br />reasonable suspicion. Field employees will attend a yearly 1-hour session on the effects of drug <br />and alcohol use and misuse. <br />Trisco Systems, Inc. Employee Obligation for Alcohol Intervention <br />Although Trisco Systems, Inc. has not had a history of substance abuse, we recognize that <br />alcoholism and alcohol misuse are problems throughout America. <br />1. There are three good reasons why you should be concerned if any of your <br />coworkers is using drugs or alcohol on the job: <br />a. Your health and safety may be at risk <br />out <br />
