All rights reserved. <br /> <br /> <br />Utility Coordination <br />Engineer will coordinate with all impacted utilities during Project development. At this 30% complete <br />level, work shall include the following tasks: <br />▪ Identify all impacted utilities within proposed Project limits. <br />▪ Request utility locates prior to survey of Project. <br />▪ Issue grade review plans to utilities to confirm locates shown on plans are correct. <br />▪ Coordinate with all utilities prior to preparation of Preliminary plans, to identify any anticipated <br />conflicts within expected construction limits. <br />▪ A preliminary field check and final utility coordination is excluded from this scope of work and <br />will occur in the next phase of design. <br /> <br />Owner Meetings <br />Engineer will facilitate the following OWNER meetings as outlined below. Additional meetings shall <br />constitute additional services. <br />▪ Design Meeting No.1: Layout Review/Site Visit (in-person) <br />▪ Design Meeting No.2: Revised Layout/Budget (virtual conference call) <br />▪ Design Meeting No.3: 30% Schematic Design Plan Submittal (in-person) <br /> <br />Notations, Exceptions, and Assumptions <br />▪ Lighting design and electrical Engineering are excluded from the scope of work. It is assumed <br />the existing lights on the utility poles will remain and serve as lighting for the Project area. <br />▪ Design and Engineering for the resurfacing of Rum Village Park Road is excluded. <br />▪ The renovation of Walker Field Pavilion will be done by others. Only sidewalk connection to <br />the facility will be included in this scope of work. <br />▪ Geotechnical work is excluded, but if deemed necessary during schematic design, can be <br />provided in the next phase of design. <br />▪ Irrigation design and detailing is not included. <br /> <br />Proposed Schedule <br />2023 <br />Anticipated Notice to Proceed <br />(Survey and Schematic Design only) July 25th, 2023 <br />Survey Complete August 29th (5 weeks from NTP) <br />Design Mtg.
