The following plan preparations will be submitted to the City for review: <br />a. 10% Conceptual Design <br />b. 60% Plans and Construction Cost Estimate <br />c. 90% Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate <br />d. Final Plans and Bid Documents and Construction Cost Estimate <br />2. A Field Check will be conducted with City staff prior to topographic survey to review <br />survey and project limits. <br />3. A Preliminary Field Check will be conducted with City staff between 30% and 60% plan <br />submittals for each phase. <br />4. Following each plan submittal, a review meeting will be held with City staff. Meeting <br />minutes will be taken and distributed for review following each meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />G. Project Coordination: <br />1. Project information and submittals to the City will utilize Projectmates. <br />2. Abonmarche will send preliminary plans to the University of Notre Dame and Visit South <br />Bend to solicit input. Input will be discussed with City staff and incorporated into the <br />design plans as appropriate. <br />3. Abonmarche will refer to the Site Design Group plan for components to incorporate at <br />each intersection. Abonmarche will coordinate with Site Design Group following the <br />preliminary design of intersections to ensure enhancements are consistent with the <br />master plan. <br />4. Wayfinding signage will be included in the project. Abonmarche will coordinate the <br />work and detailed information with Corbin Design. <br /> <br /> <br />H. Public Involvement: <br />1. A public information meeting will be held by City Staff at approximately 60% design <br />and Final Design of each phase. Abonmarche will prepare colored renderings of the <br />proposed project for each public meeting. City staff will conduct the public meeting <br />and Abonmarche will be available at the meeting to respond to design related <br />questions. <br />2. City staff will coordinate meetings with the University of Notre Dame and Visit South <br />Bend. <br /> <br /> <br />I. Right of Way Engineering: <br />1. No permanent right of way is anticipated for this project. <br />2. Temporary right of way plats and descriptions are not anticipated for this project. <br />3. It is anticipated that Right of Entry permits will be required for several properties. Each <br />property requiring a Right of Entry will be identified and an overall project drawing <br />submitted to the City showing locations with property owners and addresses. The City <br />will coordinate signatures for the Row of Entry permits.
