Ireland to Chippewa Ave <br />DATE: August 30, 2023 <br />INDOT’s current US 31/20 Bridge Replacement project has allowed the City the opportunity to <br />extend the project limits from south of the Ireland and Ironwood intersection instead to <br />Chippewa Avenue. The attached MOU is an agreement between the City and INDOT indicating <br />the additional work outside INDOT’s original project scope will be funded 100% by the City. The <br />milling and paving of Michigan St from INDOT project limits to Chippewa Avenue is <br />$978,170.66. A complete line-item breakdown of the project has been attached to the memo <br />along with the MOU. Funding has been allocated through Southside Development TIF (430-10- <br />102-121-442001). <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (9245). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
