Mr. Gilot noted the Police Department requires that each of her massage therapists <br />be licensed and submit their credentials to the City. She confirmed they are all licensed through <br />the City. There being no one else present wishing to address the Board concerning this matter, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Neal, seconded by Mr. <br />Mecham and carried, the application for a new massage establishment was approved. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Neal and carried, the minutes of the Agenda <br />Review on January 17, 2013, the Regular Meeting on January 22, 2013 and the Claims Review <br />Meetings on January 29 and February 5, 2013, were approved. <br />OPENING OF BIDS — PINHOOK WATER TREATMENT PLANT EFFICIENCY <br />IMPROVEMENTS — PROJECT NO. l 12-062 (2012 REVENUE BONDS <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient.
