Per our discussions these two lots have not gone through the City's Final Subdivision Platting procedure to make them "legal lots of record'. We did receive Primary approval for these two lots back in 2000 when we start the Major Subdivision process for the Oliver Plow Works project site. You also asked that we quote a cost to provide a *..'Boundary Survey" drawing for the other two vacant lots in the Oliver Plow Works project site. These two lots were Lot # 1 of the Oliver Plow Works First Major Subdivision Section One, which is located at the Southwest corner of Oliver Plow Court and Chapin Street. The other lot is Lot # 3 of the Oliver Plow Works Second Minor Subdivision, located between the ABC Supply warehouse and the Underground Pipe and Valve site. Our cost estimate for the services described above would be as follows: A). Preparation of a Two Lot Major Subdivision Final Plat for Lots # 5 and #6 of the Oliver Plow Works First Major Subdivision; 1). The cost for the preparation of the two lot Major Subdivision, all required paper work, setting of property corners, creation of a Boundary Survey drawing for each lot, attendance at required Plat Committee meetings, filing and recording fees would be $ 5,575. B). Preparation of a Boundary Survey for Lot # 1 of the Oliver Plow Works First Major Subdivision; 1). Prepare Boundary Survey drawing and mark lot corners ........................ $ 925.00 C). Preparation of a Boundary Survey for Lot # 3 of the Oliver Plow Works Second Minor Subdivision; 1). Prepare Boundary Survey drawing and mark lot corners ........................ $ 875.00 If this proposal is acceptable, we will require a copy of the deed for the properties.
