Per our discussions these two lots have not gone through the City's <br />Final Subdivision Platting procedure to make them "legal lots of record'. We did receive Primary <br />approval for these two lots back in 2000 when we start the Major Subdivision process for the Oliver <br />Plow Works project site. You also asked that we quote a cost to provide a *..'Boundary Survey" drawing for <br />the other two vacant lots in the Oliver Plow Works project site. These two lots were Lot # 1 of the Oliver <br />Plow Works First Major Subdivision Section One, which is located at the Southwest corner of Oliver <br />Plow Court and Chapin Street. The other lot is Lot # 3 of the Oliver Plow Works Second Minor <br />Subdivision, located between the ABC Supply warehouse and the Underground Pipe and Valve site. <br />Our cost estimate for the services described above would be as follows: <br />A). Preparation of a Two Lot Major Subdivision Final Plat for Lots # 5 and #6 <br />of the Oliver Plow Works First Major Subdivision; <br />1). The cost for the preparation of the two lot Major Subdivision, all required paper work, setting of <br />property corners, creation of a Boundary Survey drawing for each lot, attendance at required Plat <br />Committee meetings, filing and recording fees would be $ 5,575. <br />B). Preparation of a Boundary Survey for Lot # 1 of the Oliver Plow Works First Major Subdivision; <br />1). Prepare Boundary Survey drawing and mark lot corners ........................ $ 925.00 <br />C). Preparation of a Boundary Survey for Lot # 3 of the Oliver Plow Works Second Minor Subdivision; <br />1). Prepare Boundary Survey drawing and mark lot corners ........................ $ 875.00 <br />If this proposal is acceptable, we will require a copy of the deed for the properties.
