These two lots received preliminary approval in 2000, when the Major <br />Subdivision work began for the Oliver Plow Works project, but have not gone through the Final <br />Subdivision platting process to make them legal lots of record. <br />The cost to prepare, file, record, and complete the subdivision process is $5,575. <br />Secondly, the other two vacant lots within Oliver Plow Works do not have boundary survey drawings. <br />These drawings will be needed as we market these two sites. The first of these two lots is south of <br />Oliver Plow Court and fronts Chapin St. The second lot is the remainder parcel that was split to <br />accommodate ABC Supply's new building, and is north of Oliver Plow Court. <br />The cost to prepare boundary survey drawings and mark lot corners for both is $1,800. <br />Having this work completed will finalize the needed paperwork for the remaining lots within Oliver <br />Plow Works, and staff requests approval of this professional service proposal in the amount of <br />$7,375. <br />227 W.
