SECTION 5 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION A. PROVIDER'S INVOLVEMENT Kokosing will serve as both the provider and the General Contractor for the project. We will take the lead to ensure all possibilities of guaranteed savings are realized and properly reported to the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance. We will ensure the program is managed in an efficient method and produce a safe, workable, quality project that is finished on time, under budget and exceeds the expectations of The City of South Bend. Based on the scope of services outlined in the RFP, we anticipate self -performing: > Demolition/decommissioning > Structural Concrete Installation > Process Pipe and Equipment Installation > Miscellaneous metal installation > Structure and Underground Piping Installation > Sitework and Excavation > Means and methods engineering > Procurement > Preconstruction services > Project management including on -site supervision As a self -performing General Contractor, we expect to do more than 70 percent of the project exclusive of the specialty tank with our leadership and skilled trade craftspeople. This means we have both responsibility and full control over the work done on your site. As you will see below, safety and quality are hallmarks of Kokosing projects. B. PROVIDER'S PROJECT MANAGEMENT The topic of project management addresses two fundamental questions: 1. How are you going to run my job? 2. How do I know you'll do it right?
