South Bend Central Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Wightman Petrie for an amount not to exceed <br />$14,500 for the scope of services proposed. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2462 related to acquisition <br />of property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Setting offering price <br />for 323 S. William) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that the average of two <br />appraisals done on the 323 S. William St. <br />was $67,000. Resolution No. 2462 sets the <br />offering price for acquisition of the property <br />at that amount and authorizes sending a <br />purchase offer in that amount. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2462 <br />related to acquisition of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (Setting <br />offering price for 323 S. William) <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2466 approving a <br />Modification to a Second Addendum to <br />Lease for certain public improvements <br />and regarding other related matters. <br />(Capital improvements at Century Center) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission held a <br />public hearing on the Second Addendum to <br />Lease on June 13. At the time of the public <br />hearing the Lease indicated $1,108,000 in <br />annual lease payments. That amount has <br />been reduced in the modification to <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2462 <br />RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(SETTING OFFERING PRICE FOR 323 S.
