This Addendum is issued to clarify, expand, <br />explain, supplement or supplant drawings and specifications. The items referred to in this Addendum <br />are to govern in the work unless otherwise altered, or revised by subsequent Addenda or bulletins. <br />The following changes and/or additions shall be made to the contract drawings and specifications on <br />the above named Project and shall be considered a part thereof. <br />This addendum contains 15 pages. It is the responsibility of the bidder to notify the landscape <br />architect if the bidder is not in receipt of all listed pages. <br />We believe these minutes reflect the intent of the events, discussions and decisions made during the <br />meeting. Please notify this office in writing within seven (7) days if participants find any errors, <br />omissions, or discrepancies. <br />This Addendum modifies the Contract Documents as follows: <br />PART 1 —CLARIFICATIONS <br />PART 2 - QUESTIONS <br />PART 3 — SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />PART 4 — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />PART 5 — EXHIBIT A: REVISED BID FORM <br />PART <br />1 -CLARIFICATIONS <br />1.01 <br />Attached is the meeting agenda <br />from the Pre -bid meeting held on April 11, 2023. <br />1,02 <br />The MBE goal is 3.0% and the WBE percentage goal is 4.8% for this project. <br />1,03 <br />Bids are due April 25 at 9:00am <br />to bpwbids@southbendin.gov. <br />1.04 <br />The project contract timeline remains 90 calendar days, but may extend to 150 days for the <br />restroom and pavilion impacted <br />scope only. <br />1,05 <br />Water main and sanitary sewer <br />connection fees to be included in the line item costs for each <br />item. <br />1.06 <br />The Contactor will be providing <br />and installing all the trees, as noted on the updated landscape <br />plan, L1-100. <br />1.07 <br />Revised bid form with amended <br />water line quantities. <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
