The motion passed. <br /> Beth Leonard then made a presentation on Bill No. 104-01 which would appropriate $ 48,920 <br /> from Fund # 210, the Economic Development State Grant Fund. She noted that the monies are <br /> necessary for the Division of Economic Development's administrative budget. <br /> Followin g discussion, Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Ujdak that Bill <br /> No. 104-01 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> Beth Leonard then made a presentation on Bill No. 105-01 which would appropriate $ 130,000 <br /> within the U.D.A.G. Fund(Fund#410) for the purpose of providing administrative support to the <br /> Department of Community and Economic Development for Program Year 2002. She noted that <br /> the Bill contains the same amounts discussed with the Council in September. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Ujdak made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Varner that Bill No. 105-01 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> Beth Leonard then made a presentation on Bill No. 106-01 which would transfer$409,457 among <br /> various accounts within Fun d # 212. The proposed amounts were subject to the 30-day public <br /> comment period and two(2) public hearings. <br /> Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Ujdak that Bill No. 106-01 be <br /> recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> Council Member Kelly then called for a presentation on Bill No. 107-01 which would appropriate <br /> li! the proceeds along with the investment earnings derived from the issuance of bonds and deposited <br /> in Economic Development State Grant Fund # 210 for the purpose of remediating environmental <br /> it conditions in connection with the Robert Bosch Corporation Retention Project. <br /> Mr. Bob Case of Community &Economic Development made the presentation. He noted that this <br /> involves a pass-through loan and is the "last piece of the puzzle"for the Bosch project. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Ujdak made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner that Bill <br /> No. 107-01 be recommended favorably to Council.
