They presented the following handouts: "Electrical Budget-Leighton Plaza <br /> Budget"and a American Electric Power facsimile dated January 4, 2001 (copies attached). It as <br /> been concluded that the budget shortfall resulted because of greater emphasis being 2000 <br /> number of fixtures in the Leighton Plaza rather than the hours of operation.
