The Bill will be struck from the agenda this evening. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill No. 130-00 which would amend Article 21,Article 6 <br /> 2 of the South Bend Municipal Code addressing 6,Division <br /> multifamily residential and commercial districts". g "manufacturing retailers in A-3 mixed use <br /> Mr. Byori noted that if the proposed ordinance is approved that it would allow a candy company locate in the East Race area. They presented the following handouts: "Electrical Budget-Leighton Plaza <br /> Budget"and a American Electric Power facsimile dated January 4, 2001 (copies attached). It as <br /> been concluded that the budget shortfall resulted because of greater emphasis being 2000 <br /> number of fixtures in the Leighton Plaza rather than the hours of operation.
