<br />Frank’s experience includes intersection improvements, small structure repairs/replacements,
<br />pavement overlays, complete street designs, and MOT schemes. His experience also includes time
<br />as an INDOT and TxDOT engineer. Frank’s experience with complete streets design throughout his career
<br />combined with his depth of knowledge of INDOT specifications will be applied to the multiple facets of the
<br />Market District Improvement project.

<br />-foot diameter multi-lane low speed urban “tear drop” roundabout, four legged with three two lane and
<br />one single lane approaches including a railroad overpass.

<br />Team Lead: Survey & R/W Plan Development (6.1, 11.1) Aaron leads the A&Z survey and r/w
<br />team, specializing in local, state, and private projects. Proficient in the use of various surveying soft-
<br />ware, Aaron is able to tailor his services to meet the needs of each individual client and the project
<br />at hand. He has been part of multiple INDOT projects and is well versed in process, standards, and protocols.

<br />sewer systems. Additionally, Warren’s role as our in-house QA/QC administrator has given him a
<br />well-trained eye for ensuring standards are met.

<br />Wes is an INDOT certified Utility and Railroad Coordinator that brings with him the knowledge of
<br />35 years experience in engineering, permitting, construction, and managing right of way issues. Wes
<br />has developed strong working relationships with the region ’s utility companies and moves swiftly with
<br />coordination. He has been part of numerous INDOT projects including INDOT and LPA joint efforts.
