Page 2 of 2 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS THAT: <br />The Board of Public Works for the City of South Bend, under the power vested by the <br />City of South Bend Municipal Code Section 20-3, shall do the following in regards to wayfinding <br />signs: <br />1.Adopt the Community Wayfinding Sign policy to guide the installation of signs for <br />local attractions in the public right-of-way. <br />2.Direct the City’s Engineering Division to manage the application process for <br />Community Wayfinding Signs per the procedures represented in Exhibit A. <br />ADOPTED this 25th d a y of April, 2023. <br />April 25, 2023
