The <br />Division of Engineering has reviewed the submitted documents and listed the bidders as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bidder Base Bid Amount <br />1. Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. $1,060,700 <br />2. Milestone Contractors North, Inc. $1,238,400 <br /> <br /> <br />Engineering recommends award of a contract for the 2023 Contractor Paving Round 1 to the <br />lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,060,700. <br /> <br /> <br />Sufficient funds have been appropriated from River West TIF, Southside Development TIF, and <br />West Washington TIF. <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (9245). <br /> <br />Enc.
