CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING FEBRUARY 5, 2013 22 Works, as follows: Section I. The City of South Bend Board of Public Works accepts the appointment of the Century Center Board of Managers to act as agent for Century Center Board of Managers for the purpose of publishing its Request for Proposals for management of the Century Center, and for receiving and reviewing proposals submitted in response to the Request. Section 11. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from this date until a Request for Proposals is published, or June 30, 2013, whichever occurs earlier. -- Adopted this 5t4 day of February, 2013.
