Mr. Oxian stated that both of the Bills include proposed historic <br /> landmarks which utilized the same standards required of historic landmarks. He then reviewed the <br /> historic backgrounds and architectural descriptions of the proposed historic landmarks. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner <br /> that Substitute Bill No. 88-00 and Bill No. 89-00 be recommended favorably to Council. The <br /> motion passed. <br /> Chairperson White then requested Mr. Oxian to prepare a written update on the status of all <br /> outstanding historic landmarks which are pending before the Council. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned <br /> by Council Member White at 5:07 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Karen L.
