If not accepted within that time, the Architect <br />reserves the right to modify the fees and terms of the proposal or to withdraw the proposal. <br /> <br />If the Owner shall violate or breach the terms or conditions of this contract, the Owner shall pay all costs and <br />expenses including any attorney fees incurred by the Architect in connection with its exercising his rights or <br />remedies he may have under this agreement because of such violation or breach. <br /> <br />Client agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to limit the liability of the Architect so that the total <br />aggregate liability of the Architect shall not exceed the Architect’s fee paid for services rendered on the Project <br />pursuant to this Agreement. It is acknowledged that this limitation of liability applies to any and all cause of <br />action, be is sounding in contract, tort, statutory violation or otherwise. <br /> <br />If this letter proposal properly sets forth the scope of the architectural planning and design services, please <br />countersign below and forward a retainer check for $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) so we can begin work <br />on your project. This retainer will be credited to the final invoice for the project. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal and we look forward to working with you to develop the <br />design for your project.
