City of South Bend | PE Services for Coal Line Trail Phase 3 in the LaPorte District - Des #2201235 | 5 <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING: DES. #2201235 <br />This project extends the recently completed 0.75-miles of Coal Line <br />Trail another 0.60-miles to tie into the existing regional trail system. To <br />accomplish this task, survey, design of a 10-foot trail with accessible curb <br />ramps, environmental document, utility coordination, and construction <br />services will be provided. JPR understands the importance of providing <br />mobility throughout the City for pedestrians as well as motorists.
