UNITED CONSULTING // City of South Bend - Safe Routes to School (Des #2201237)10 <br />SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL <br />KENNEDY ACADEMY <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Kokomo Sidewalk Project <br />CLIENT: CITY OF KOKOMO, IN <br />United prepared design plans for two separate phases <br />of sidewalk construction for the city of Kokomo. The new <br />sidewalks were adjacent to the Indiana University Kokomo <br />campus and provided much-improved accessibility for <br />students living in university housing. The project included <br />more than a mile of new sidewalks, curbs, ADA-compliant <br />curb ramps, crosswalks and driveway reconstructions along <br />Lafountain Street, Lincoln Road, and Washington Street.
