<br />Stephan and Jonathon have worked closely through
<br />the management and development of many projects.
<br />They form a dynamic, responsive team whose goal is
<br />to make our partner’s lives easier.
<br />Together, Stephan and Jonathon will determine the
<br />best team to fit the needs of this sidewalk project. They
<br />will draw upon their extensive experience managing
<br />local contracts to aid South Bend in maximizing the
<br />value of this project. They are adept in assessing
<br />sidewalk and streetscape related issues that arise by
<br />defining the impacts to safety, long term maintenance,
<br />budget, and schedule of possible solutions; ensuring
<br />that the correct design is incorporated in the plan set.

<br />decisions, ensuring that the City of South Bend has the

<br />As a project manager, Stephan has a reputation for
<br />managing complex and challenging projects, ensuring
<br />that they meet all design, schedule, and budget
<br />goals. Importantly, he is extensively familiar with LPA
<br />processes and contract management.
<br />Stephan is known for his consistent and effective
<br />communication. He utilizes all appropriate channels
<br />to ensure the Town has all of the project information
<br />at their fingertips. If risks arise, they will be
<br />communicated to all stakeholders in a prompt and
<br />concise manner with solutions to keep the project
<br />moving forward.
<br />Stephan brings a wealth of experience managing
<br />hundreds of transportation projects, both with
<br />municipalities and with the state, including ones
<br />under the jurisdiction of FHWA, INDOT, and IDEM. His
<br />ability to coordinate all aspects of the design process
<br />will make the Kennedy School SRTS project a success.

<br />As Principal-in-Charge, Jonathon will oversee all
<br />aspects of the project. He brings
<br />As a landscape architect, Jonathon works on public
<br />sites with a focus on pedestrian experiences and
<br />community engagement. He has been very involved
<br />with the Safe Routes to School program, advocating for
<br />more complete transportation infrastructure funding,
<br />specifically through his efforts with the American
<br />Society of Landscape Architects.
<br />Jonathon is very familiar with the Kennedy Park area,
<br />particularly through his work with South Bend on the
<br />City Cemetery Master Plan. His oversight, experience
<br />working within the neighborhood, and expertise in
<br />pedestrian transportation planning as a landscape
<br />architect ensures that all aspects of this project are
<br />considered.
