Should the scope <br />of services require modification (i.e., additional/less borings, analyses, etc.) based upon field <br />conditions and/or circumstances that would not have otherwise been anticipated, JPR will notify the <br />client of such "changed conditions" and resultant cost implications to the project. <br />Assuming a portion of the project is ongoing, our services will be billed monthly. Payment will be <br />subject to the terms of the PSA.
