CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />i. 2022-1121 629 Portage Avenue (502 Lindsey) <br />Chapin Park LHD, Ordinance #9574-05 (Audio Position: 00:45) <br />The staff report was presented by: Adam Toering <br />Staff Recommendation: The proposed project is for replacement of 1970s (or later) <br />windows on an addition on a Non -Contributing listed structure. The windows on the <br />street -facing fagade of the 'original' portion of the structure are modern windows. <br />Staff makes no recommendation. <br />The applicant was represented by: Michael Gerencser, PO Box 2643, South Bend, IN <br />served as the applicant <br />The public was represented by: there was no one from the public to speak <br />After due consideration the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Elizabeth Hertel, and carried by <br />vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2022-1121 <br />Vote: 5-1.
