Community and Economic Development Committee <br /> November 8, 1999 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Ujdak made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Snaidecki that Bill No. 99-114 be recommended favorably to Council. The <br /> motion passed. <br /> Under miscellaneous business, Council Member King stated that the owner of the project <br /> for the development taking place at the corner of Corby and Niles Avenue has invited the <br /> Council to tour the project on Tuesday, November 9, 1999 at 2 p.m. The Council will be <br /> able to view firsthand the status of the project. <br /> Bob Hunt noted that there is a demonstration model at the north end which has furniture in <br /> it.
