Mr. David Fischgrund,an architect,noted that as a 3-3 1/2 foot screening would be used <br /> to address the concerns voiced by Council Member Pfeiferiregarding lights from vehicular <br /> headlights. <br /> Council Member King noted that thh pictures make the area look better than it actually is <br /> and that he sees the proposed project as an enhancement to the area. <br /> Mr. Leroy Yoder,the owner of the"ugly building"noted that in light of the woic on SR <br /> 23 for the past two'years upgrading the highway to five lanes,that he•was unable toimprove the <br /> present structure. He spoke in favor of the proposed project. <br /> Mr. Urbanski spoke in favor of the project. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Pfeifer made a motion, secionded by Council <br /> Member Varner that Bill No. 105.98 be recommended favorably to Council.
