The motion <br /> favorable to <br /> Member Pfeifer that Bill No. 23-98 be recommended fa <br /> passed. <br /> The Committee then reviewed Bill <br /> t 163 No.I;mcolnwa West which establish an Historic from the <br /> Landmark for the property located at Y <br /> last meeting. <br /> Council Member Broden noted that he had contact Kathy Dempsey, Code Enforcement <br /> Director, and was advised that her department no longer opposes the proposed designation.Council <br /> Following discussion, Member by <br /> Mem ber Brode , l Council 1398 be recommended favorable to Council.
