CITY OF SOUTH BEND I HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Andrew Jones, with Joan Downs <br />Krostenko abstaining and carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission <br />APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application #2022-117 in it's entirety <br />without splitting into multiple components <br />Vote: 4-0-1.
