<br />Section 1. The Authority hereby authorizes and directs <br />• that the Vice President of the Authority assume all of the duties <br />and responsibilities of the Office of Secretary-Treasurer of the <br />Authority, until such time as the Mayor appoints another member to <br />the Board of Directors of the Authority and elections are held by <br />the Board. <br />Section 2. All prior actions taken by the Vice President <br />of the Authority and assumptions of the duties and responsibilities <br />of the Secretary-Treasurer of the Authority, including the <br />execution of all documents and Resolutions, are hereby confirmed <br />and ratified and shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3.
