Plan or Sketch of the Site Features identifying location of planned recreational <br />improvements and other features such as where the public will access the site, parking, etc. <br />A1.12 Public Outreach <br />A. Aquatics Focus Group – In conjunction with Owner, facilitate up to two (2) focus group <br />discussions with targeted stakeholders regarding the system-wide aquatics improvements. <br />B. Community Open House – In conjunction with Owner, provide materials documenting the <br />preferred alternative and help facilitate one (1) community open house event to provide an update <br />on the project prior to final grant application. <br />A1.13 Schedule <br />A. Engineer shall perform the services above according to the following schedule: <br />Anticipated Notice to Proceed date is November 22, 2022 <br />Topographic Survey 30 days after Notice to Proceed <br />Geotechnical Services 45 days after Notice to Proceed <br />Limited Drainage Study 30 days after Notice to Proceed <br />Draft Conceptual Planning Phase <br />Document Submittal 14 days after Notice to Proceed <br />Owner Concept Review #1 3 days after Concept Design <br />Refine Conceptual Planning Document 7 days after Owner Review Mtg. #1 <br />Owner Concept Review #2 3 days after Refined Concept Design <br />Conceptual Planning Document 5 days after Owner Review Mtg. #2 <br />Draft Preliminary Design 14 days after Concept Design <br />Owner Review of Draft Preliminary Design 3 days after Preliminary Design <br />Preliminary Design Submittal 10 days after Owner Review <br />1. Services under tasks A1.08 through A1.12 will all be performed within the timeline <br />established above and prior to the Final Preliminary Design Submittal. <br />2. To achieve the schedule noted above, the Conceptual Planning and Preliminary Design <br />phases will occur concurrently. <br />A1.14 Bidding or Negotiating Phase <br />A. After acceptance by Owner of the bidding documents and the most recent opinion of probable <br />Construction Cost as determined in the Final Design Phase, and upon written authorization by <br />Owner to proceed, Engineer shall: <br />1. Assist Owner in advertising for and obtaining bids or proposals for the Work and, where <br />applicable, maintain a record of prospective bidders to whom Bidding Documents have <br />been issued, attend pre-bid conferences, if any, and receive and process contractor deposits <br />or charges for the bidding documents. <br />2. Issue addenda as appropriate to clarify, correct, or change the bidding documents. <br />December 13, 2022----------------------------
