All rights reserved. <br />a. Develop a preliminary palette for site elements and materials, including hardscape, site <br />furniture, lighting options, and specialty features. <br />b. Develop a preliminary plant palette for various sub-areas of the park, including <br />gardens, native plant and/or pollinator communities, and educational opportunities. <br />7. Owner Review Meeting No. 2 – Present preferred alternative, planting palette, and site <br />element and materials palette. <br />8. Final Conceptual Plan – Develop final rendered concept design plan and supporting <br />exhibits. <br />9. Deliverable – Furnish one (1) electronic copy of the Conceptual Planning Document which <br />will include: <br />a. Conceptual Planning Document <br />b. Conceptual Opinion of Probable Cost as indicated in A1.08 <br />A1.07 Preliminary Design <br />A. After acceptance by Owner of the Conceptual Planning Document and any other deliverables, <br />selection by Owner of a recommended solution and indication of any specific modifications or <br />changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of the Project desired by Owner, <br />and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: <br />1. Prepare Preliminary Design Documents consisting of final design criteria, preliminary <br />drawings, and written descriptions of the Project including: <br />a. Prepare Preliminary Plan Drawings including the following: <br />1) Clearing and Removals <br />2) Site Geometric Plans <br />3) Grading Plans <br />4) Storm Sewer and Drainage Plans <br />5) Utility Plans <br />6) Planting Design <br />7) Site Lighting Plan <br />8) Preliminary Building design narrative, floor plan, building sections (2), typical wall <br />sections, exterior elevations, exterior views (2). <br />a) General Overview - It is anticipated the Building will be a single story <br />building that may include following amenities: <br />1. Meeting Room (up to 120 persons) <br />2. Storage <br />3. Locker/changing space <br />4. Restrooms
