Committee Report <br /> Personnel and Finance <br /> February 26, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> For instance, Ft. Wayne has a 30 day period which she thought was too long. She noted <br /> that in the spirit of cooperation she would like to have the time extended from 5 calendar <br /> days to 14 calendar days. She also noted that they have doubled the daily intake and are <br /> currently dealing with the backlog.As of January 1, 1996 there are 2 fulltime individuals in <br /> the Ordinance Violations Bureau headed by Jan Hoffer who she introduced to the <br /> Committee. <br /> Council Member Luecke stated that he believes that the request is reasonable.
