The first floor would be <br /> retail.A development team with the Mansur Group has also been put into place.The overall <br /> project will cost approximately $8 million dollars. Construction is to begin in August of <br /> 1996 with a 12 month time line to complete. <br /> Mr.Tom Eddington spoke in favor of the proposal. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Varner made a motion, seconded by Council <br /> Member Kelly that substitute Bill No. 20-96 be recommended favorably to Council.
